ABOUT IDEA-B
The IDEA-B Project is providing services to forty-eight public school districts by coordinating the distribution of IDEA-B nonpublic funding, in excess of one million dollars, to over eighty non-public schools.
The IDEA-B nonpublic apportionment funding provides nonpublic schools with the oppurtunity to receive services and instructional materials of students identified as eligible for Special Education and Related Services. These services will directly affect the special education student in the nonpublic school.
SERVICES
STAFF OBLIGATIONS
The MOESC Staff is Responsible for:

Coordinating and evaluating the requests from the nonpublic school personnel and verifying expenditures with public school administrators.
- Securing certfied and/or licensed staff to provide direct services.
- The development of individualized student services plans to reflect identified related services.
- Purchase of instructional material and equipment to enhance the student's educational program.

Accounting and maintaining fiscal management of all IDEA-B nonpublic funds for each participating public school district.
