This course meets the State
Educational Requirements for those wishing to qualify for the State Licensing
Exam. Students must be 18 years of age and have a high school diploma or
equivalent. The NJ Real Estate Commission will conduct a criminal background
check on all candidates.
Students must complete the 75 hour course and earn a score of 70% or
more on the MAECOM final exam. Students have one year from date of issuance to
pass the State exam and file their applications
with the Real Estate
Commission. Once the certificate expires, the class must be repeated and
candidates must pay an additional tuition fee.
Tuition
includes textbook, all materials, and review for State Exam. No refunds
after the first day of class.
