A discussion of basic estate planning techniques in light of the new tax laws. The seminar will cover such topics as Living Trusts, Disclaimer Trusts, By-pass Trusts, Q-Tip trusts, the marital exclusion, and gifting. The seminar will also cover such topics as choosing an appropriate guardian for minor or disabled children, the role of an executor, and some probate issues.
