This course meets the State Educational Requirements for those wishing to qualify for the State Licensing Exam. Certificates awarded to those successfully completing the course. (75 Hours)
TUITION INCLUDES TEXTBOOK , ALL MATERIALS AND REVIEW FOR STATE EXAM.
Students must be 18 and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
Upon successful completion of the class and a score of 70% or more on the MAECOM final exam, students will be given a New Jersey Salesperson School Certificate. Students have one year from date of issuance to pass the State exam and file their application with the Real Estate Commission.
Once the certificate expires, the class must be repeated and candidates must pay an additional fee.
