This in-service program on Illegal Harassment and Bullying was created in cooperation with the New Jersey Association of School Administrators. It is designed for teachers, school counselors, nurses, administrators, coaches, and other school and day care personnel. Upon completing this program you will know the different forms of illegal harassment, the penalties that can be assessed and your role in protecting yourself and your students from illegal harassment, including reporting requirements.
Title 18A:37-17(b)”…a school district shall: (1) provide training on the school district’s harassment, intimidation or bullying policies to school employees and volunteers who have significant contact with students.”
