Create a cake like the professionals. You will learn how to split, fill, and ice a cake. Other subjects covered: use of cake comb, pastry bag, rose nail and tips, borders, rosettes, writing, roses, and lots more. Not a baking class. Additional cost for supplies appx. $30. A supply shopping list will be issued by instructor to students the first night of class.
