O.T.I.S. Refund Policy
Upon Receipt of the program access number and password
No Refunds will be made.
MOESC/NJ Virtual School Refund Policy
No refunds once the class begins.
A $25 Administrative Fee will be
imposed on any checks or credit card purchase returned by the bank.
Monmouth-Ocean Educational Services Commission reserves the right to dismiss any student, at any time, for academic or disciplinary reasons. Tuition fees will not be refunded in the event of dismissal for academic, attendance or discipline infractions.
